VitaminDecade.com is a member-only login site that requires you to create a personalized account to access our top-of-the-line brand partners.
All of your order and shipping information is automatically tracked and accessible through your account and order status page.
You will receive updates to your account e-mail throughout the order and delivery.
Orders
- All orders are authorized and processed as soon as possible. Most orders ship within 2-3 days of placement. You will receive an e-mail when we confirm your order processing has begun.
- In the unlikely case of product being back-ordered or discontinued, it may be necessary for us to cancel your order. You will receive an e-mail update.
Shipping
- VitaminDecade.com uses USPS Priority Shipping, UPS, and Fedex on all of our orders. Typical time to deliver is 2-3 business days from time shipped. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your order ships. Shipping processing may vary depending on brand or product.
- Most products ship within 24 hrs if order is placed by 3:00 pm EST. This excludes weekends and holidays, those orders are processed next business day.
- Shipping is FREE for all orders over $35.Orders under $35 will incur a $5.99 flat shipping fee.
- We deliver to all 50 United States. Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time.
