VitaminDecade.com requires Return Authorization Approval and item(s) must be sent to us within 10 days of receiving your items with reason for return and a reference to your original order number. If an order is cancelled after fulfilment and or shipping, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are not refundable. A restocking fee of $5.00 per order may be assessed.

We do not credit or refund the original shipping or return shipping costs.
Credit will be given in the same form as original payment.
Items must be unopened and unused.
For items received damaged please send back all packaging and product as received.
